Key Responsibilities:
Assist in reviewing and auditing customer contracts to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with legal and business requirements.
Identify potential risks, inconsistencies, or deviations in contractual terms and escalate issues to legal counsel.
Maintain a well-organized database of executed contracts, amendments, and supporting documentation.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, finance) to clarify terms and ensure alignment across departments.
Support the drafting and preparation of standard contract templates and legal correspondence.
Monitor changes in relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to international warehousing and logistics.
Help ensure timely contract renewals, amendments, and terminations in coordination with business units.
Participate in internal audits, contract review projects, and legal risk assessments.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field. Paralegal certification is a plus.
1–3 years of experience in a legal support, contract administration, or compliance role (preferably in logistics, warehousing, or international trade).
Strong understanding of contract structure, legal terminology, and commercial terms.
High attention to detail with strong analytical and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
Proficient in MS Office and contract management software.
