Crynodeb
We require a part time building maintenance and security personnel who will be working in residential building near Marble Arch station. The applicant must have some experience with residential, commercial or any public security related services. The applicant must have basic knowledge with fire regulation and evacuation, must be able to operate CCTV system, must be vigilant, well mannered, trustworthy, honest, reliable, presentable, well spoken, polite should possess the basic IT skills. Must possess essential maintenance skills such as painting and decorating, changing locks, reset boilers, possess a knowledge of basic plumbing skills, etc., and must maintain regular cleaning of the premisses. If the applicant completes successfully temporary post with satisfaction the permanent position will be offered.
