You’ll be a valued member of our friendly team, carrying out a range of essential administrative tasks that keep the home running smoothly. The vital work that you do will support the delivery of person-centred services that meets each individual’s needs and wishes.
What you’ll do:
• Act as the first point of contact for visitors and staff, providing a warm and professional welcome.
• Build and establish positive working relationships with colleagues, residents and their families.
• Use a variety of IT packages to manage records, data, and communications.
• Monitor and respond to emails and phone calls.
• Help maintain a well-organised and efficient work environment.
What we’re looking for:
• Previous experience of delivering a wide range of administrative functions.
• Strong IT skills, with confidence using a variety of software packages.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A team player who enjoys building positive relationships with colleagues, residents and visitors.
• Excellent attention to detail, organisation and prioritisation skills.
• Resilient and able to work effectively under pressure, adapting positively to changing situations and demands.
