Crynodeb
All records need to be recorded on the computer using the correct template and read codes. As well as the nursing team, you will work closely with staff and will be expected to communicate and liaise with other members of the Practice team. It is the responsibility of the Phlebotomist to ensure that all specimens are labelled correctly and legibly. Patients should be asked their name, address and date of birth; these details should be checked against the request form. May be required to support the HCA team in re stocking the doctors rooms and nurses treatment rooms. Participate in the administrative and professional responsibilities of the practice team Although accountable to the partners of the practice through the Operational Manager as an employee, you are ultimately responsible for your own practice and must ensure that limitations are always acknowledged
