Summary
A highly reputable and fast-growing accountancy firm is looking for an experienced Audit Manager to join its Cambridge Audit team.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients, leading engagement teams and delivering high-quality audit services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead audit engagements, ensuring quality and compliance
- Manage client relationships, delivering exceptional service
- Supervise teams to maintain high performance standards
- Monitor audit progress, findings, and liaise with senior management
- Support business development through networking and proposals
What You Need
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, CA, ACCA or equivalent)
- Significant audit experience within professional services
- Strong knowledge of accounting/auditing standards (FRS 102 & IFRS)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Previous experience in staff management and motivation
