Timetabling and Student Data Officer

Hours of work: 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
Salary: £26,967 to £28,609 per annum
Location: Based at Wakefield College but may be required to work at Castleford and Selby Colleges
The Heart of Yorkshire Education Group have a great opportunity for a Timetabling and Student Data Officer to join our Management Information and Student Data Services department. This role is predominantly computer based, and you willl be :
Processing student data and timetabling changes on our student records system, ProSolution
Enrolments, room bookings and registers
Support and guidance for teaching staff, parents and students related to the above
You must hold GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths 9–4 (grade C or above) plus an Advanced Level Qualification. An IT qualification or ability to work with Excel is also desirable.

This is a diverse role where you will be building relationships with curriculum and support staff, and many other stakeholders.
