We are currently recruiting for a Regional Director to join our management team in the North area.As Regional Director you will provide effective Leadership and a strategic vision to deliver the business goals in terms of profitability revenue and market leadership. Ensure safe and efficient work processes are adhered to, maximise growth and revenue opportunities and improve the customer experience.In return you will receive a Competitive Salary, Company Car or Cash allowance of £11,000, BUPA Private Medical Care, Pension Scheme, Life Assurance & Lifestyle Benefits.Responsibilities include: • Review and control the development of Regional Customer & Product portfolio’s ensuring the business is correctly positioned to deliver its operational and financial targets• Continually review and optimise the structure, headcount, costs, vehicles, utilisation and assets in the region to obtain maximum operational efficiencies, maximum returns and maximum OCF performance• Work closely with the Senior Team to establish potential current & future customer requirements and align that with product and resource, ensuring the region is correctly positioned to deliver its operational KPI’s, service levels and financial targets• Ensure first class service levels and that all customer related KPI’s are met• Analyse, evaluate and monitor all key operational performance indicators ensuring that monthly performance is clearly understood regarding the customer service, operational efficiency, and financial targets to ensure regional objectives are being achieved• Analyse all costs at every level ensuring management team are aware of their budgetary constraints and remain within them, ensuring all unexpected or additional costs are justified and authorised• Set the standards of ethics, behaviour and attitude required in the workforce through demonstrating best practice and commitment to company valuesThe ideal candidate will have/be: • Strong operational and sales leadership experience• Previous P&L ownership and management• Previous budgetary management experience• Ability to communicate with internal and external customers to resolve issues or queries satisfactorily• Driven and motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills to communicate at all levels; open minded with strong communication skills at all levels• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to spot trends and interpret data• Ability to balance short- and long-term goals, is motivated to hit performance targets and assigns clear levels of responsibility• Proven experience of influencing at a senior level• The ability to clarify goals and objectives to work to an agreed pattern of output and to prioritise tasks and activitiesPart of the Loxam Group, Nationwide Platforms are the UK's leading specialist provider of Powered Access rental equipment, with the largest and broadest fleet, local depots spread across the country and our wealth of experience partnering with companies in a variety of sectors including Construction, Warehouse & Distribution, Aviation, Facilities Management, Industrial Services, Telecoms and Media, our customers can depend on us to provide the right solution to support their every working at height need.At Nationwide Platforms, your safety is absolutely our priority.
