CIS Security have an exciting opportunity available who will be an ambassador to represent CIS Security, who will provide cover primarly for a prestigious business park, set over 8 acres with two multi tenanted buildings, cafes, and associated infrastructure but can also cover one of our sites in Potters Bar to support holiday cover, sickness, and additional works for the business. You must be able to demonstrate and deliver high quality of guarding and customer service to both our customers and service users. We require Officers to be SIA licenced and willing to work and must be able to stand and patrol for very long periods of time in and outside, also you must be flexible in hours and in the approach to daily duties.Information:Position: Security Response OfficerLocation: Bracknell (RG12)Pay Rate: £12.60 per hourHours: Average 20 hours per week (Overtime available however this will be based in Potters Bar (EN6) Shifts: Various Shifts - Days, Nights & Weekends Job Requirements:SIA Licence requiredSecurity and customer service experience is requiredMust hold a full UK Driving Licence and be a car/motorbike owner.Must be flexible and be able to work; days, nights, weekends and have the flexibility to change shifts due to operational needsMust have good command of English languageGood levels of customer service, communication both written & verbal at all timesFlexible in the approach to daily duties and additional events when held on site.Maintains working knowledge of the locations & security & safety for assigned areasFlexible in the approach to daily duties - Hospitals, retail, long periods of standing, patrolling, reception duties, access control, and lock upsFirst Aid qualification & a CCTV SIA Licence is a bonusTo have a smart appearance befitting the companyBe confident you can undertake 100% of all specific dutiesBe able to provide all the documentation and vetting information requestedDesirable:FAW Leve 3 Fire Aid (Training and course will be provided if you are successful)Security Experience of at least 1 year would be preferred Must have good command of English languageMaintains working knowledge of the locations & security & safety for assigned areasJob Responsibilities: Able to demonstrate and deliver high quality guarding and customer service to both our customers and service users.Able to work in a team as well as on your own and have the ability to be pro-active and think on your feet use initiativeBe calm under pressure and confident in dealing with confrontational situations in a calm and professional mannerPhysically fit to complete patrols internally and externally and able to stand/walk during shiftConfident in writing incident and shift reportsTo always portray a friendly, professional and courteous demeanour, using open and appropriate body language.To ensure that all visitors and staff are dealt with efficiently, providing an exceptional customer service and ensuring that their expectations are met, if not exceeded.Have the IT skills and the ability to understand and use varied Access Control and CCTV systems and platforms / integrated systems (Lots of sites use different Systems)Have the ability to write emails and reply to emails in the correct manner and speak, very important in Corporate Industry.Have the ability to exercise command and control and be an effective communicator to all peer groups and management levels.Able to understand Corporate Escalation Process, - Escalate and Disseminate information in a timely manner to the correct personnel in the event or during an emergency or Incident on site.The role includes you to conduct opening & closing procedures of a building, patrolling, reception duties, access control, answering incoming telephone calls, Conducting emergency procedures.Benefits:Health care plan (HSF)Perk Box (HSF) - discounts & offers from cinema tickets to days outCycle to work schemeTailored Site UniformFirst class training allowing you to develop your skillsA view for career developmentLong service & Employee Recognition awardsAnd much more!!A globally recognised Security Solutions Specialist delivering service excellence, to our Customers, Colleagues, and Communities.
