We have a pending social worker team manager post available within HSCP North Ayrshire Drug and Alcohol Recovery Service ( NADARS ). Applicants must be a SSSC registered social worker. It is desirable that applicants hold a post qualifying management qualification and service specific post qualifying experience in this specialised field of work. However, managerial experience in a Social Services setting will be considered due to extensive training opportunities offered by NADARS. You will be responsible for the management, leadership, development and performance of a community-based integrated HSCP team of experienced and dedicated social work and social care staff, promoting compliance with relevant statutory legislation and national and local guidance whilst working in a partnership model. This can be a challenging role but very rewarding in supporting individuals through their own recovery journey having been impacted by Mental Health, drug and or alcohol. Full training ang guided support will be offered to the preferred candidate.
