Care Home Manager
Hours: 40 hours / Days
Location: Yeovil, Somerset
Salary: Up to £85,000 + bonuses up to 100%

ABOUT YOU
• Inspirational Leadership Skills
• Care home management, marketing and occupancy experience
• Proven ability to develop and inspire teams to provide exceptional patient care
• Excellent organisational and management skills
• A strong understanding of safeguarding, CQC and compliance guidelines
• Ability to communicate with colleagues at all levels
• Experience creating strong links with the local community
