Crynodeb
We are looking for a responsible Administrative Supervisor to perform a variety of tasks and who will act as the first line of contact to visitors, customers, and vendors in person, online, and via telephone. Previous experience is preferred.
The job role will include, but is not limited to;
• Answer and direct telephone calls
• Organize and schedule appointments
• Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
• Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters and forms
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
• Maintain a filing system of employee records and relevant documents
• Maintain contact lists
• Provide general support to Directors, colleagues and visitors alike
• Prepare and photocopy relevant documents as needed
• Maintains stock lists and order office supplies as needed
The ideal candidate should have
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Competent in the use of MS Word & Excel and other office equipment
• Excellent organizational skills
