we are currently recruiting for a Park Warden - Couple (live-in) to join an amazing team at a holiday park.
You will both undertake appropriate duties and tasks to assist in the day to day smooth running of the site ensuring that excellent standards and customer service is delivered to all customers.
Roles & Responsibilities:
To handle customer queries and deal with matters as and when they arise in prompt and effective fashion.
Responsible for the general upkeep of all holiday park facilities.
Preform housekeeping duties ensuring that the hire fleet is ready for guest adhering to timescales.
Support reception / park shop as required, dealing with all queries as required.
Experience & Skills:
Housekeeping, grounds and maintenance experience
Customer service experience
Positive, can do attitude
Excellent communication and people skills
Clean UK Driving Licence
