We're on the lookout for a flexible and proactive Business Support Admin Assistant to join our dynamic Peripatetic Team—a fast-moving, multi-skilled unit that supports services across the Trust wherever the need arises.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Providing essential admin and business support across different teams—each assignment could last days, weeks, or months.

Assisting Business Analysts and Project Managers on research, system improvements, and administrative process reviews.

Supporting business-as-usual operations during staff absences, vacancies, or peaks in workload.

Taking part in on-the-job training across different service areas to adapt quickly and deliver results.

What We’re Looking For:

A confident team player—honest, loyal, and driven to grow both personally and professionally.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and contribute to process improvement.

GCSEs (or equivalent experience) in English and Maths at Grade C / Level 4 or above.

A customer-focused attitude and willingness to tackle varied tasks in a fast-paced environment.
