Our client is passionate about ensuring every individual receives the best possible support and is now seeking an exceptional Deputy Manager to join their service. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience, knowledge, and strong leadership skills, with the ability to hit the ground running.
Key Requirements:
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Good CQC knowledge
A forward-thinking, proactive approach
Ability to inspire and lead a dedicated team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must be a team player, committed to delivering person-centred care
This is a full-time position, predominantly Monday to Friday, with a competitive salary of up to £40,000, depending on experience.
