- Provide 1:1 and small group support
- Assist with differentiated lesson delivery
- Support students with communication, emotional regulation, and behaviour

- Location: Dudley, West Midlands
- Start Date: Immediate
- Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM (32.5 hours/week), Term-Time Only (39 weeks/year)
- Progression: Permanent contract available after successful probationary period
Ideal Candidate:We welcome applications from candidates with:
- Experience working with children or young people (especially in SEND settings)
- A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2 or 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning) - desirable but not essential
