Job Title: Staff Nurse (Agency) – NHS Ward Shifts

Contract Type: Full-time or Part-time (Flexible shifts available)
Meridian Business Support is currently seeking experienced and dedicated Registered General Nurses (RGNs) to join our team, providing agency cover for ward-based shifts within an NHS Trust in Shrewsbury. This role offers flexible working arrangements to suit your availability while ensuring the highest standards of patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe and effective nursing care in accordance with NHS guidelines and policies.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to support patient care plans.
- Maintain up-to-date patient records in compliance with professional and legal standards.
- Provide compassionate care, offering support to patients and their families.
Essential Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (RGN) qualification with valid NMC registration.
- A minimum of six months of NHS ward experience within the last two years.
- Strong clinical skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospital environment.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
