A friendly and inclusive primary school in Wolverhampton is seeking enthusiastic and driven graduates to join their team as Graduate Teaching Assistants from September 2025. This long-term opportunity is ideal for anyone looking to build hands-on experience in education and make a meaningful impact in the classroom.

  • Earn up to £520 per week

  • Gain practical school-based experience ahead of teacher training in 2026

  • Work in a Wolverhampton primary school with excellent transport connections

    Your role will include:
    • Supporting teaching staff with class activities, small group work, and 1:1 support

    • Helping pupils develop key skills in literacy, numeracy, and social interaction

    • Assisting with classroom management and lesson preparation

    • Contributing to a supportive, engaging, and positive learning environment

    • Working closely with experienced teachers and support staff to enhance your skills

    • Gaining valuable insight into the teaching profession and day-to-day school life

      We’re looking for:
      • Graduates with a 2:1 or higher in any subject

      • Those with degrees in Psychology, Education Studies, Health and Social Care, or similar fields are particularly encouraged

      • A genuine interest in supporting primary-aged children and their learning

      • Strong communication skills, enthusiasm, and a professional attitude

      • Adaptable, patient, and motivated individuals

      • Previous experience with children is a bonus, but not essential

      • Candidates must have the right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available)

This is a fantastic opportunity to build your skills, confidence, and experience while making a positive difference in the lives of children at a Wolverhampton primary school.
