You’ll work with small groups of pupils across Key Stage 2, helping to raise attainment in core subjects like maths and English. Whether it's running reading interventions, supporting with times tables, or preparing pupils for SATs, you’ll be a vital part of the classroom team. You'll also support behaviour management and help pupils stay engaged and on track.
The Candidate
You're a graduate with energy, initiative, and a genuine interest in education. You don’t need school experience, but confidence around children and strong communication skills are essential. This role is ideal for aspiring teachers or those considering careers in psychology, youth work or school-based mentoring.
