The Role
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you’ll work closely with class teachers to support learning across KS2. You’ll lead small group interventions, offer 1:1 support where needed, and help pupils stay focused and engaged throughout the school day. You’ll also assist with classroom preparation, behaviour management, and tracking pupil progress.
