Bank Night Care Leader Location: Grevill House, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire Pay Rate: £15.35 Per Hour (Weekend Enhancements Available) Contracted Hours: Bank Shift Pattern: 7:45PM - 8:15AM ABOUT THE ROLE Do you have experience of delivering care in a residential or family setting? Do you prefer to work nights? Our care teams make a real difference every day and your professionalism, teamed with kindness and compassion, will be at the core of everything you do. Leading a team of carers, you’ll be responsible for keeping wakeful watch on the security and safety of our residents and the home in general. Whether it’s helping residents with their night-time routines or personal care, providing companionship, supporting with light household duties or administering medication, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring they are leading happy and fulfilled lives. In joining us,
you’ll also become part of our extended family. You’ll work alongside other team members who are passionate about providing care, warmth and kindness to all those who live and work in our schemes. Located in the delightful village of Charlton Kings, on the eastern edge of Cheltenham lies Grevill House and Ashley Intermediate Care Centre. Built in attractive Cotswold stone, the home offers compassionate and personalised nursing, residential, respite and intermediate care to 50 residents in Grevill House and 15 residents at Ashley Intermediate Care Centre. You might have previous supervisory experience, like delegating tasks, supporting inductions for new
starters and 1 to 1s but this is not essential. What is important is you are a positive role model, with excellent communication skills and a natural ability to get along with others. A supportive individual, able to motivate others to deliver the best possible care to our residents at all times. Alongside being confident taking charge and being able to use your own initiative to resolve problems and deal with queries.
