Mobile AC Engineer in Birmingham
At Build Recruitment, we work exclusively with built environment specialists around the UK.
Our client is a Facilities Management organization and they are looking for a Mobile AC Engineer to join their team based in Birmingham on a 6 month temp to perm contract.

Our client is looking for a Mobile AC Engineer with strong experience in building services as they will be doing basic compliance PPMs such as water temperatures and emergency lighting to name a few as well as AC servicing breakdowns etc..
You will initially start on a temporary contract and they ideally go permanent within 6 months on a starting salary of £47,000 per annum. The contract hourly rate will be £28.25PH (Umbrella).
Scope of role:
- Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm with an hours unpaid lunch.
- AC Bias with a heavy Building service element.
- Region is whole of the midlands but mainly concentrated towards the west midlands.
- Will be on a callout rota 1 in 4
Mix of office blocks, car parks Zoo etc
Based close to Birmingham
West or East Midlands more toward West.

NVQ LEVEL 2 IN AIR CON
Temp to perm after 6 months
Van Provided & Fuel Card - No private use
All specialist tools provided
Qualifications needed:
F - Gas Cat 1, NVQ Level 2 AC, Basic DBS
