About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in education recruitment and on-the-job training. As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be working closely with our team to support the expansion of our education division.
Position: Trainee Education Recruitment Consultant (Part-Time)
Hours: 6 hours/day | 09:00 – 15:00 (1-hour unpaid break)
Location: Slough, fully office based
Salary: £13.68 per hour (including holiday pay)
Key Responsibilities
>Make outbound calls to nurseries in Slough, London, and surrounding areas to offer temporary staffing solutions
>Build strong, ongoing relationships with clients
>Collaborate with the internal team to match pre-vetted candidates with client needs
What We’re Looking For
>Excellent communication skills and a confident phone manner
>A friendly, professional attitude with a willingness to learn
>No previous recruitment experience is needed. Experience of working as nursery assistants will be preferred.
