Description
The Housing Supply Officer (SO2) plays a crucial role in the effective management and allocation of housing resources within our organization. The Housing Supply Officer will be responsible for analyzing housing data, monitoring inventory levels, and maintaining compliance with housing regulation standards. Responsibilities
Manage housing supply inventory and ensure accurate reporting of housing resources.
Coordinate with government agencies to secure and maintain compliance with housing regulations.

Engage with local organizations and stakeholders to promote housing initiatives and partnerships.
Develop and implement housing supply programs that address community needs and gaps in services.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of housing supply programs and make recommendations for improvements.
Provide training and guidance to team members and community partners on housing supply processes and standards.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in social sciences, public administration, urban planning, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years experience in housing management, supply chain, or a related field.
Strong understanding of housing policies, regulations, and community service delivery.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Proficiency in relevant software applications and data management systems.
Capacity to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Hours Per Week: 37.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £23.98
