FRA Project Surveyor

Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented FRA Project Surveyor to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our projects, you will play an essential role in surveying land, overseeing construction, and ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards. The FRA Project Surveyor will utilize advanced surveying techniques and equipment to collect precise data that will impact project development and execution. Your expertise will contribute to the successful planning and implementation of various projects, enhancing both safety and effectiveness. Your responsibilities will include liaising with engineers and architects to interpret drawings and specifications and conducting site surveys to acquire relevant data. You will also analyze and interpret survey results, providing expert recommendations for design adjustments. Responsibilities
Conduct land surveys using advanced surveying equipment and techniques.
Analyze survey data to inform engineering and construction plans.
Collaborate with project teams, including engineers and architects, to clarify project specifications.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards in all survey work.
Provide accurate and timely reporting of survey findings to stakeholders.
Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including maps and drawings.
Monitor project progress on-site to ensure alignment with survey specifications.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Professional Surveyor (PS) license or eligibility to obtain within a specified period.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in land surveying or construction project surveying.
Proficient in using surveying tools and software, including GPS and CAD programs.
Strong knowledge of local and national surveying regulations and best practices.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and provide solutions.

Pay Per Day: £334.30
