Summary

PA needed for 6 hours per week for weekend support, This will be to support a young teen in the community while also helping him gain independent living skills. PA will need to support with going out of day trips for activities that the client enjoys. PA will need to be a driver to be able to facilitate these outdoor activities. Client is interested in cooking to the role will involve supporting him to food shops and helping him with ingredients and cooking. PA will need to have experience with Autism and ADHD awareness, Epilepsy awareness and experience and training with recuse medication. PA will need a full DBS or willing to obtain.

About me –

I’m a teenager who loves construction sites and diggers, I love going to Alton Towers and roller coasters. I enjoy building Lego and creating with these. I am taking an interest in cooking so my PA will need to be able to support with this. I also enjoy playing my Nintendo switch.

Hours per week – 6 Hours – Weekends

Rate of pay – £13.00 per hour employed / £14.40 per hour self employed
