Earn Over £140 a Night as an Experienced Mental Health Support Worker!
We’re looking for dedicated and experienced mental health support workers to join a supported living service in Ilkeston. This welcoming home supports up to 15 adults living with a range of mental health conditions, helping them build confidence and regain essential life skills.
Conveniently located within walking distance of local amenities and with excellent transport links to both Derby and Nottingham, the service focuses on empowering residents to achieve greater independence and prepare for life in the wider community.
In this role, your responsibilities will include following tailored care plans, supporting residents with their evening and morning routines, and providing personal care where needed. You’ll carry out regular safety checks throughout the night, complete condition reports, and ensure the environment remains clean and safe. A key part of your role will be encouraging and engaging residents in developing their life skills.

To be suitable for this position you must have:
- An Enhanced DBS dated within the last 12 months
- Up to date Infection Control, Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults and Moving and Handling training
- A Referenceable work history
- At least 3 months experience within a similar setting
If you do not have a valid DBS and/or training, do not worry as we can help you with this. We are happy to offer online training available at a subsidised fee and the certificates are yours to keep!
