We are looking for a Support Worker experienced in supporting adults with Learning Disabilities and Mental health conditions for weekend hours offering weekly pay for the hours that you do!

You will be working in a beautiful rural location based just outside of Burton-on-Trent (15 minutes by car), the service accommodates up to 11 service users on a long-term residential basis.

Your role will be to follow individual personalised care plans with helping the residents to live as independently as possible. There may be aspects of personal care that would need to be carried out.

Every day will be different in this role, but other responsibilities may include reporting condition updates, reporting any incidents to senior staff and general housekeeping.

To be suitable for this position you must have:
- An Enhanced DBS dated within the last 12 months
- Up to date mandatory training
- A Referenceable work history
- At least 3 months experience within a similar setting

If you do not have a valid DBS and/or training, do not worry as we can help you with this. We are happy to offer online training available at a subsidised fee and the certificates are yours to keep!

This role offers ongoing opportunities for the right candidate

Hours are available both Saturday and Sunday - choose one or both - whatever is more suitable for you.

Day hours - 08:00 to 15:00
Afternoon hours - 15:00 to 22:00
Night hours - 22:00 to 08:00

As a Support Worker you will be paid: £12.21 per hour (Days)
£12.50 per hour (Nights)
