Post: Teacher of Music Contract Type: Permanent Salary Range: MPS1 – UPS3 (£31,650 - £49,084 FTE) Working Type: Full Time
Base: Buile Hill Academy
Please note: the post holder will be engaging in regulated activity, working mainly or wholly with children. This position is exempt from the rehabilitation of offender’s act 1974. It is an offence to apply for this role if you are barred from engaging in regulated activity relevant to children.

Buile Hill is looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Teacher of Music to join us from September 2025.
The successful applicant will be able to:
• Set High Expectations Which Inspire, Motivate and Challenge Pupils
• Promote Good Progress and Outcomes by Pupils
• Demonstrate Good Subject and Curriculum Knowledge
• Plan and Teach Well-Structured Lessons
• Adapt Teaching to Respond to the Strengths and Needs of all Pupils
• Make Accurate and Productive use of Assessment
• Manage Behaviour Effectively to Ensure a Good and Safe Learning Environment
