Exciting freelance opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a high-end hotel fit-out project in Westminster, offering a competitive day rate/salary. The project is valued at £160 million, the shell and core is completed so they are looking for someone to join the team to carry out different fit out packages.
An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a reputable main contractor on a prestigious Hotel scheme in Westminster, fit out packages valued at approximately £35M+ . The role is site-based, with potential flexibility for some remote working.
You will be joining a market-leading team, supporting the commercial and construction departments and working closely with a Commercial manager and Commercial Director This is a long-term role, Temp to Perm position.
Our client is well-regarded for delivering high-quality residential projects across Central London and is seeking a Quantity Surveyor who is confident, detail-oriented, and capable of working on luxury refurbishment and fit-out projects.
The ideal candidate for Senior Quantity Surveyor:
- Strong experience in high-end hotel fit-out
- Proven main contracting experience
- Ability to manage budgets, cost control, and subcontractor packages
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Able to work collaboratively within a close-knit team
