Summary
Workchain is currently looking for a temporary HGV Class 1 Driver to join our client in Banbury. As a driver in the driving industry, your responsibilities will include transporting goods safely and efficiently to various locations, following all road regulations and company policies. Key Responsibilities:- Operating and driving HGV Class 1 vehicles in a safe and courteous manner- Loading and unloading goods as required- Completing daily vehicle checks and reporting any issues- Communicating effectively with colleagues and customers- Adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations Qualifications:- Valid HGV Class 1 license- CPC qualification- Digital tachograph card- Previous experience as an HGV driver is desirable- Good communication skills and attention to detail The pay rate for this position is from £16 to £18.50 per hour, depending on experience.
