Job Description

We are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a skilled Plumber to join a busy maintenance team in Loughborough. This role involves a combination of planned and reactive plumbing work across a multi-office site. The position is temporary with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out reactive and planned plumbing maintenance tasks
• Diagnose and repair leaks, burst pipes, and bathroom-related issues
• Perform general plumbing maintenance across multiple office buildings
• Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used

Requirements

• NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing or equivalent qualification
• Proven experience in a similar role with verifiable references
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Must have your own set of plumbing tools
• Good communication and time management skills
