Therapy Manager (Occupational Therapist/Physiotherapist) – Up to £34,000 | 22.5 Hours per Week | Neurological Care Setting

Are you a passionate and experienced Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist ready to take the next step into leadership? Our client is seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Therapy Manager to lead a dedicated therapy team in a specialist neurological health and social care setting.

This is a part-time, leadership-level opportunity for a registered clinician who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to delivering exceptional, evidence-based care.

What We’re Looking For

  • BSc (Hons) in Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy
  • Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
  • Professional body membership (RCOT/CSP) – desirable
  • Proven clinical leadership experience within a healthcare or social care setting
  • Knowledge of neurorehabilitation, complex care, or long-term condition management
  • Evidence of continued professional development, including leadership training
  • Strong IT and data management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and advanced communication skills
  • A proactive, motivational leadership style with a passion for high standards in care

What’s On Offer

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, supervise, and inspire a multidisciplinary therapy team
  • Deliver advanced clinical assessments and interventions using specialist knowledge and reasoning
  • Set staff objectives, conduct appraisals, and oversee recruitment and performance management
  • Champion evidence-based practice and implement clinical audit and quality improvement processes
  • Analyse and manage complex information and maintain robust therapy service data systems
  • Act as a key representative for the therapy service in internal and external stakeholder relationships
  • Drive service development in line with current legislation and best practice
