Total hours across both roles: 22.5 hrs per week, Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 11.45am (ASA role), 11.45am – 1.00pm (LTS role)ACHIEVEMENT SUPPORT OFFICER

Salary: £24,790 - £25,584 FTE, £9,273 - £9,570 Actual Salary, £12.85 – £13.26/hr
Hours of work: 16.25 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 11.45am
Contract: Fixed term maternity cover until 17 July 2026, Term-time only (190 days)

Salary: £23,656 FTE, £3,352 Actual Salary, £12.26/hr

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Encourages pupils to develop as independent learners with a thirst for learningSupport individual and small groups of children in the curriculum, to accelerate their learningSupport the emotional, behavioural and pastoral needs of all pupils, including children with additional needs, ensuring their safety and access to learning activitiesContribute to planning and evaluation of learning and assists in the recording of pupils’ progress Assist with the development and implementation of Individual Education / Behaviour Plans and Personal Care programmesTo organise and participate in the supervision of children during lunchTHE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
Understanding of National Curriculum, EYFS Guidance and other codes of practice e.g. SEN, Equalities, Safeguarding
