Summary
At Portesbery School, we have a new position open for an Finance & Admin Assistant to join a friendly administrative team.
You’ll be responsible for Finance tasks, such as processing invoices, reconcilliation as well as providing general clerical and administrative support and maintaining school records. This is a busy school office and previous experience working in a busy offiice and or working within finance would be desirable but not essential. Please see job description for more detail.
Job requirements
Minimum of a grade C in GCSE Maths and English
Ability to prioritise tasks on a day-to-day basis
Experience of using information management systems and strong IT skills
A high level of verbal and written communication standards
Proven ability to show reliability and to work to meet key deadlinesHoursTerm time plus 1 weekMon & Tues 08:30-15:00Wed, Thur, Fri 08:30-16:00
