Summary
SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Woodgate, Birmingham (B32)
Weekly Rate: £455-£480
Hours: Monday to Friday (Term Time Only) | 8:30am - 3:30pm
Start Date: 01/09/2025
Contract: Long-Term, Temp-to-Perm
Long Term Futures are working with a warm and inclusive mainstream primary school in Woodgate (B32), who are seeking a SEN Teaching Assistant to support a Year 4 pupil with ADHD, SEMH, and attachment needs. The successful candidate will provide consistent, 1:1 support focused on emotional regulation, behaviour management, and developing trust through a calm, nurturing approach.
This is a long-term position with strong potential to become permanent. You'll be part of a collaborative SEN team with guidance from a dedicated SENCO and experienced support staff.
