Site Manager (Commercial) - City of London - Cut & Carve Refurbishment

A Site Manager is required to run the site team and have oversight of internal fit out packages on a large cut & carve commercial project in Central London (City). The scheme has been on site for 6 months and consists of a 7 storey office building, contract value circa £50m.

The Site Manager will be expected to join their existing team and assist them in the management and delivery of the project under a site based Project Manager and a visiting Project Director.

The ideal candidate would have previously worked for a tier one main contractor / residential developer and would have delivered RC frame residential projects from start to finish. Your main duties will include management of all relevant sub-contractors and direct staff, health and safety talks, inspecting works pre and post works, liaising with the client, attending progress meetings and the general delivery of the programme.

All candidates applying for the role are encouraged to have the following:

* CSCS
* SMSTS
* First Aid

This is a freelance position which requires someone to start urgently but could later lead on to a permanent position.
