If so, we have a fantastic opportunity for you!We are looking for dedicated Teaching Assistants to provide essential support to SEN adults in further education. This full-time role begins on 1st September as a 12-week temporary contract, transitioning into a long-term permanent position.
About the Role:
- Work closely with SEN adults to support their learning and personal development.
- Assist educators in creating an inclusive and supportive classroom environment.
- Provide individualised support to students, helping them navigate their educational journey.
- Foster independence and confidence in learners through tailored assistance.
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant supporting SEN adults or children.
- Strong communication, patience, and adaptability in working with diverse needs.
- A compassionate and proactive approach to learning support.
- Ability to work collaboratively with educators and support staff.
