Do you want a job in a welcoming Primary School in Leeds with the potential to grow your skill set?
Are you an a Level3 EYFS practitoner or higher?
Are you looking for a work supporting priamry school aged pupils?
TeacherActive are looking for a Playworker in Leeds to have the opportunity to work in a small 1 form entry primary school supportign the before and after school club. The position is a long term role with becoming permanent oppurtunity for the right person. The role is to work 7.30am-9am and again 3pm-6pm.
This role is for someone with a nurturing and calming manner, who has experience of working with pupils of all ages. The school need someone to come in and create a safe and trusting relationship, allowing the pupils to be cared for outside of usual school hours.
The successful TA will have:
• Experience supporting a wide range of subjects up to Key Stage 1 / KS1 and Key Stage 2 / KS2
• Strong experience in supporting classroom management
• A Level 3 EYFS degree or equivalent is an essential
