Our client, one of Surrey’s most welcoming and dynamic golf and event venues, is looking for a personable, motivated, and organised Assistant Front of House Manager to join their thriving hospitality team.
Working closely with the Front of House Manager, you’ll be instrumental in the smooth delivery of our food and beverage operation, ensuring every guest enjoys a warm welcome and an exceptional experience.
You’ll play a key part in managing and motivating a young, enthusiastic team of casual staff, helping to train and develop them where needed to deliver consistently high standards—whether during busy golf days, weddings, private parties, or day-to-day clubhouse service.
The client base includes golf members, visiting societies, wedding parties, corporate events and more, so every day brings something new.

What will your role look like?
• Assist in the daily management of the food and beverage team
• Deliver warm, efficient, and professional service at all times
• Help train and support a team of junior/casual staff
• Motivate the team and lead by example during service
• Support the Front of House Manager in shift planning, stock management, and service quality
• Take initiative and ownership of service delivery when needed
• Ensure smooth running of events including weddings, golf days, celebrations, and business functions
