An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Transaction (Revenue) team, within the recently restructured Finance Department, at the University of South Wales. As one of the largest higher education providers in Wales, the University provides an ideal setting for individuals to develop their careers, nurture their talent and make a difference



Based at Pontypridd, this role will provide you with an opportunity to utilise your financial skills and abilities to support teams within the Finance department and the University, providing a range of financial services to both Corporate Departments and Faculties.



The Assistant Finance Officer will undertake a wide range of financial duties across the Sales Ledger team ensuring accurate production and issuing of invoices for all revenue sources and a proactive debt collection service. We are looking for an individual with excellent customer service and data processing experience, with an approachable, professional and “can do” approach to work, who is equally adept at working unaided or as part of a close-knit team.



This is a full time, permanent post.
