Due to our continued growth, we are seeking a HR Administrator to join our support team in Haslingden.
You will be responsible for providing proactive, professional HR administration support to the HR function and General Office to ensure a consistent and professional service is delivered across the Enovation UK and wider Team.
You will work independently/as part of a team to ensure high standards whilst prioritising workloads. Communication is key, therefore excellent communication skills are required with the ability to build and maintain good working relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Fully involved in the full recruitment cycle including assisting in prearing job adverts and role descriptions
• Assist with candidate screening
• Assist in coordinating interviews and taking accurate notes
• Assist the Head of HR and Quality with employment offer letters, references, contracts of employment etc
• Manage employment checks and DBS processing
• Maintain and update employee records using Bright HR
• Assist with the performance review cycle
• Support office admin tasks including UK and overseas travel, expenses, and general office supplies and maintenance
What we are looking for:
• 2–5 years’ experience in a similar HR administrative role is desirable
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
• Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices is desirable
• Experience using HR software (Bright HR preferred) is desirable
• Highly organised, efficient, and detail-oriented
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Professional, discreet, and able to manage confidential information
• A proactive problem-solver with a collaborative mindset
