Your Responsibilities:

- Monitor student progress and provide targeted intervention where necessary.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
What We're Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience working with SEN students in a secondary school setting.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to differentiate instruction effectively.
- A compassionate and patient approach to teaching and learning.
