A welcoming and forward-thinking secondary school in Wolverhampton is looking for passionate STEM graduates to join their team as Graduate Teaching Assistants from September 2025. This is an ideal opportunity to develop your skills, gain practical classroom experience, and explore a career in education within a subject area you're passionate about.

This Role is Perfect For:
  • Graduates in Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related STEM fields


  • Those planning to begin teacher training in 2026


  • Anyone looking to build confidence and classroom experience while making a genuine impact on students’ learning


    What You’ll Be Doing:
    • Supporting teachers in STEM subjects across KS3 and KS4 (Years 7–11)


    • Leading small group interventions and 1:1 academic support


    • Assisting with lesson planning, classroom preparation, and behaviour management


    • Helping students improve their confidence and outcomes in key subjects like Maths and Science


    • Contributing to a positive, inclusive learning environment
