As our projects grow in scale and complexity, we are looking for a Senior Project Planner to join our expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across a dynamic project portfolio within a major EPCM framework, contributing to the success of high-impact infrastructure and life sciences projects.

The Opportunity
As a Senior Project Planner, you’ll play a key role in planning and scheduling multi-disciplinary design projects. You’ll work closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and Clients to ensure robust programme development, progress tracking, and risk mitigation.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
Collaborate with project teams to gather input and ensure schedule accuracy
Monitor progress, analyse variances, and provide clear, actionable reporting
Lead planning practices and support change control processes
Conduct critical path analysis and develop mitigation strategies
Produce schedule narratives and contribute to monthly reporting
About You

Extensive experience in project planning within infrastructure or life sciences sectors
Proficient in Primavera P6
Strong understanding of NEC contracts and the RIBA Plan of Work
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and analytical skills
Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Confident, proactive, and solutions-focused with a “can-do” attitude
