Are you looking for an opportunity to develop your skills and grow your career in a supportive, fast-paced legal environment? We’re looking for a legal administrator to play a vital role within our legal property team. This is a great time to join us as we continue to deliver essential housing services across our communities and invest in our future.
As a legal administrator, you’ll provide key administrative support to ensure the legal property team operates efficiently and effectively. From day one, you’ll be involved in a range of tasks that contribute to our delivery of high-quality legal and property services. This includes managing shared inboxes, allocating large volumes of emails and post, maintaining accurate and accessible digital records, and supporting colleagues with a variety of legal and administrative duties.
You’ll handle essential documentation such as s.20 consultations, property transactions, and commercial portfolio updates, and you’ll play a crucial part in organising, redacting, archiving, scanning, and uploading documents. You’ll assist with invoice processing, help prepare and submit Land Registry applications, and support complex charging exercises by liaising with solicitors, colleagues, and third parties. Accuracy, efficiency, and strong organisational skills are essential, as you’ll be responsible for ensuring that all legal documentation is properly prepared, stored, and actioned on time.
This is a part-time, permanent role working 18.75 hours per week. You’ll be based at our Tewkesbury office on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00 to 14:30. The remaining hours can be worked flexibly, and we offer the option to work from home.
You will have:
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- The ability to thrive in a busy, collaborative environment
- Proficiency in Excel
- Confidence using email and document management systems
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Able to complete a basic DBS check
The closing date is 23 June with interviews taking place 1 July.
Please note: This job posting may close early if we receive a high volume of applications. We encourage you to apply as soon as possible to ensure your application is considered.
This role offers a fantastic chance to build your experience and grow with us as we shape the future of Bromford. If you're an organised and adaptable individual who enjoys working as part of a dedicated team, we’d love to hear from you.
