About the Role
As a Trade Marketing Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in developing and executing trade marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and drive sales across our trade channels. You’ll collaborate closely with sales, product, and creative teams to deliver compelling campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities that align with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute trade marketing plans and campaigns for made-to-measure and wholesale brands
Coordinate creation and distribution of marketing materials, sales tools, and product collateral
Liaise with sales teams to identify opportunities for marketing support
Plan and deliver trade promotions, launches, incentives, and initiatives
Manage digital marketing efforts including email campaigns, website updates, and social content
Track and report campaign effectiveness; recommend improvements using insights and data
Execute tactical marketing plans across advertising, in-store promotions, events, and social media
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for seamless campaign execution
Support integrated marketing calendars and manage campaign timelines and budgets
Produce and brief content including articles, videos, and marketing collateral
Evaluate marketing activities and apply learnings for future initiatives
What We’re Looking For
Degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent experience
Prior experience in marketing, preferably in a trade, B2B or wholesale environment
Strong understanding of trade marketing and customer engagement
Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and CMS (e.g., Umbraco, Mailchimp)
Excellent organisational, analytical, and project management skills
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (desirable)
Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
High attention to detail with a creative mindset
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Commercial awareness and strategic thinking
