Summary
HGV Mechanic (Coventry)
Location: West Midlands
Basic Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 per annum
Hours: Early and day shift

Key Responsibilities of an HGV Mechanic / HGV Technician / HGV Fitter
Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on HGVs to manufacturer standards
Diagnose and fix faults using diagnostic tools and systems
Ensure all work is completed to high quality and within timeframes
Follow warranty processes and maintain detailed service records
Work closely with the parts department to ensure availability of required parts
Skills and Qualifications for an HGV Mechanic / HGV Technician / HGV Fitter
Essential
Experience as an HGV Mechanic, HGV Technician, or HGV Fitter
Level 3 qualification in HGV maintenance and repair
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
Desirable
Full UK HGV Class 1 or 2 licence
Experience in a dealership or workshop environment
