We have an exciting opportunity for a Cleaning Operative to join the Norwich City Service Limited (NCSL) team. If you are detail-oriented, dependable and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
About the role
This role involves carrying out cleaning duties across various locations, including offices, car parks, public toilets, sheltered housing, and events. The main responsibilities include following health and safety regulations, adhering to cleaning schedules, using equipment safely, and maintaining effective communication with the management team. The employee is expected to complete necessary paperwork, undertake training, and be flexible with additional duties when required.
This role requires previous cleaning experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The ideal candidate should be able to follow both verbal and written instructions accurately, adhere to health and safety guidelines, and demonstrate good communication skills. Reliability, punctuality, and a commitment to high standards of customer service are essential. A full driving licence is also required.
