We have an exciting opportunity as a Trailer Fitter to join an expanding Engineering business based in Grantham at their start of the art facility.
Your duties as a Trailer Fitter are:
• Assemble components using manual and air tools,
• Mechanical assembly and fitting of components.
• Following engineering diagrams
• Make and fix small components (e.g. bracket fitting).
In addition, the following key skills and experience are essential for the role of Mechanical Fitter:
• Experience in Engineering, Fitting, Assembly
• Ability to use hand and power tools such as air-powered devices.
The ideal candidate will have a mechanical background with proven experience as well as a demonstrated ability to fault-find and solve problems in various settings, such as electrical, automotive, industrial maintenance, power generation, or production lines
You will have a strong background in either mechanical, engineering, assembly, or mechanics, and be proactive in your approach and attitude to work.
