The successful candidate will be required to offer clinical training placements as well as contributing to other programme activity e.g., teaching and supervising research etc. There is a large supportive group of psychology staff working across the trust. You will have access to individual clinical supervision as well as some group-based model supervision for those delivering specific interventions within the service (e.g. EMDR, ISTDP, MBT). You will have professional leadership from the Consultant Clinical Psychologist and there will be opportunities to work alongside and be supported by a strong network of Psychologists. CPD relevant to the role will be available and encouraged. The Trust has a robust in-house Super Series Leadership training programme. Training and interests are further supported through a range of supervision and interest groups, and a collaborative appraisal process. Please find attached job description for full details.
